Samsung Galaxy A73 Launched in Nepal | Specs and Features

Samsung Galaxy A73 Overview

Samsung has announced Samsung Galaxy A73 alongside Samsung Galaxy A53 5G and Samsung Galaxy A33 5G. So by name, we are convinced that this smartphone is the top of the line and brings power-packed specs for its price range. The key specs of this phone are:

Design/Display

As this smartphone is the successor of the Samsung Galaxy A72, the design has been not changed. It has a punch-hole cutout at the top-center of the display which the company termed as “Infinity-O” display and has a rectangular rear camera island on the rear side. Furthermore, it has an IP67 rating for dust/water-resistant. 

Samsung Galaxy A73 comes in a 6.7-inches Super AMOLED+ display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate, the same refresh rate as the OnePlus 10 Pro. Likewise, it has 393 PPI density, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The dimension of the phone measures 163.7 x 76.1 x 7.6 mm and weighs 181 grams. 

Performance

Under the hood, Samsung Galaxy A73 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset, the processor that also powers Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G. It’s an octa-core processor based on 6nm technology with a max clock speed of up to 2.4GHz. For the memory, it has 6/8GB RAM and 128/256GB internal storage. The storage can be expandable via a microSD card but have to use a shared SIM slot. 

Camera

The camera of the Samsung Galaxy A73 is the key feature of this smartphone. As the predecessor only has a 64MP camera, this phone has jumped to 108MP Primary sensor with OIS( Optical Image Stabilization). The other sensors are a 12MP Ultra wide sensor, 5MP Macro Lens, and 5MP Depth Sensor. 

On the front, it has a single 32MP Selfie Camera for photos and video calling. Both of these cameras can record video in 4K at 30fps.
