Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 features 10.5-inches TFT LCD supporting 1200 x 1920 pixels resolution. This size is upgraded from 10.4-inches in Tab A7. It has thick bezels all around the corner and measures 246.8 x 161.9 x 6.9 mm with 508grams. It has a metal body so it can tolerate minor falls. It’s available in Gray, Silver, Pink Gold color options.
Performance
Unlike the flagship Processor in Xiaomi Pad 5, Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is powered by a mid-range chipset. The company has not announced the name of the processor but rumor says it’s Unisoc Tiger T618. It’s an octa-core processor with a clock speed up to 2GHz and coupled with Mali G52 MP2 GPU. It arrives in 3/4GB RAM, 32/64/128GB internal storage variants, and can be further expandable up to 1TB via microSD card.

The camera specs in Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is pretty mediocre and for a mid-range tablet, this might be just OK. It has an 8MP Primary Camera fitted inside the circular camera bump on the top-left corner of the rear panel. On the front, it has a 5MP Selfie Camera. Both the camera can record video in 1080p at 30fps.
