Oppo A16K Gets Price Slashed in Nepal
Every other smartphone brands are busy launching new smartphones and Oppo has been silent for some time. Finally, the company rise from the ashes and launched a new budget smartphone dubbed Oppo A16K. Oppo A16K Overview
Oppo Nepal had launched Oppo A16 back in August in Nepal and now, this Oppo A16K is the toned-down version of the initial one. The new smartphone shares the same design as the previous one and added some new elements. The selling features of this smartphone are:

Design/Display
Nothing new with the design in Oppo A16K as we have seen plenty of smartphones with this design, similar to Vivo Y33T. It has a water-drop notch on the top, thick bezels at the bottom, and a rectangular camera bump on the top-left corner of the rear panel. The device measures 164 x 75.4 x 7.9 mm and arrives with a weight of weight 175 grams. On the front, we have glass protection and the rest of the smartphone is plastic.
Oppo A16K comes in a 6.52-inches IPS LCD display with the support of 720 x 1600 pixels resolution. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and has an 83.0% screen-to-body ratio, 20:9 ratio, and 269 ppi density.
Performance
Oppo A16K is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 chipset which is an octa-core processor based on 12nm technology with max clock speed up to 2.3GHz. Also, this is the same processor that powers recently launched Poco C31 in Nepal. Furthermore, it has PowerVR GE8320 as GPU in the phone. On to the memory, it has 3/4GB RAM and 32/64GB internal storage. The storage can be further expandable via a microSD card.

Oppo A16K has mediocre camera specs and we have no complaints about budget smartphones. It has a single 13MP Primary Wide camera on the rear side with LED flash and video recording in 1080p at 30fps. On the front, we have a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

Oppo A16K packs a non-removable 4230mAh battery and supports 10W charging and microUSB 2.0. The phone has Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 as the skin of the device and is available in Black & Blue color variants. For connectivity, it has 4G LTE, dual-SIM, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 3.5mm jack.
