Design
Among the two famous designs in smartwatches: Circular and Square, Xiaomi Watch arrives in a circular design similar to the recently announced Vivo Watch 2. It has a sapphire crystal front and stainless steel frame with two physical buttons on the right side. It measures 46.5 x 46.5 x 11 mm and packs a 1.43-inches AMOLED display with 466 x 466 pixels resolution and 326 PPI density. The strap is available in calf leather and fluoro rubber options.

Performance
Similar to Huawei Watch D, Xiaomi Watch S1 also packs tons of health features and fitness tracking activities. It has whopping 117 sports modes, Comprehensive coverage of various high-frequency sports scenes. It doesn’t stop here as it also has 24/7 hour heart rate monitoring, SpO2, Sleep tracking, and emergency contact by pressing the lower right button 3 times.
Moreover, this watch also supports third-party applications which can be downloaded from stores available in the selected regions. The watch can be used while swimming as well as walking in the rain as it has 5ATM water-resistant supports. To make picking calls easily from the watch, it has a microphone and speaker.
Battery & Others
Xiaomi Watch S1 packs a 470mAh battery and promises to survive 12days upon a single charge. That’s way more than 18hours of survival time in the Apple Watch Series 7. It also supports wireless charging and is compatible with iOS 10.0 or Android 6.0 and above.
For connectivity, there is no eSIM support but has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 5.2 support. It also has NFC support for making wireless payments but will be available in a few markets only.
